To facilitate compliance with data privacy regulations and limit the storage of personal data we may limit retention of the Personal Information of the residents the properties Company manages to a maximum retention period of 10 years after a resident moves out (end of lease) or their last record access, depending on record type (e.g., a prospect record is different from an actual resident record). There may be exceptions for transactional data as other regulatory elements may apply.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
